Middle of June we discovered we had a soft spot in one of the slide floors. Week of June 18th, 2023 we brought our 2016 Cedar Creek for TJ and the crew to repair. During the first couple of months things seemed to be going well so placed the camper on consignment with them, this seems to be where to down turn went.We would come by and check on the camper every couple of weeks to see how work was progressing it seemed like every time we brought up something TJ would state parts were on back order. Which to some extent is reasonable because that is unfortunately the nature of the best at this point. Fast forward to September we are transferred out of state for work. The day we moved I stopped by to assure they had everything, and all the work was complete in case someone came to their facility and wanted to purchase the unit. At this point I found that the damaged seal still HAD NOT been repaired so I brought it to the attention of one of their technicians. He seemed as though he knew nothing about it but that he would personally go look at it and get it corrected. I waited a few weeks and made contact with TJ he stated that it had now been fixed. At this point we have been told that several people have signed contracts on the camper or was going to their bank of course none of this in 6 months came out to be fruitful not even an offer.With all of the events we decided to make a trip back up to Ohio on 10/10/2023 to pick the camper up. I made contact and let them know we would be there to get it and asked again if everything was corrected and it was ready. TJ once again assures me that it is ready, on 10/10/2023 we show up and SURPRISE it is NOT ready. The seal that I was previously assured was corrected is not even installed, yet another excuse!!!! We also found the door was locked and we had provided them with the only set of keys we had. So we agreed to come back on 10/12/2023 to pick up the camper, they stated that the new seal would be installed they would locate the keys or at least unlock the door and we would be good to bring it back to our new location. Well Oct 12 we show up early morning to grab it and hit the road, it is a Sunday so they are not open. We get to their facility and the door is still locked, keys no where to be found. We also noticed at some point when they moved the camper they hit something making minor damage to the unit as well as placed miscolored parts on the outside of the camper but some how managed to use the old screws which also do not match the new part and this camper is/was for sale. We finally get in the camper after having someone assist with unlock the unit and find the keys inside we also noticed that someone has sticky fingers and removed a spice bottle from the spice rack! Really Bay Leaves? Least they could have done was to take a ziplock back with them but leave the bottle, UGHHHHH. As sad as I am to have to write this because upon first meeting I thought this facility would be great based on word of mouth I am testifying to the exact opposite experience as others.

The Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help set this wonderful deal up for me. This is my 3rd camper and they better prices than anyone else and one of the best service departments I've ever seen I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used camper. The owner Rich and salesman Joe I worked with went to great lengths to accommodate me as I am a very particular person

Purchasing the camper went great! Then that’s when it all went downhill. (2019) The camper needed repaired because the manufacturer messed it up and it was back feeding electric to the plug. No one caught this before the sale or during the inspection it is supposed to get before leaving the lot. Took three attempts in to Caudill to get someone to listen and fix it correctly. (Lost that summer of camping) At the same time we questioned the axle looking bent and was told that was normal for flex. Now on a trip out of state we had 3 blowouts due to the bent axle causing the tires to rub on the frame. We took it in for repair and it has been sitting for a week and a half and it still hasn’t been looked at. The new sales are priority over the old sales according to their staff and we keep getting bumped back on the repair line. So this summer will likely be another summer with no more camping trips due to awaiting repairs. Wish we would have traveled elsewhere to purchase, but we wanted to support the local businesses at that time. Ugh.

Small business he might have 10 different RVs. Very nice and help guy. They do repairs on RVs there too. I've learned the smaller the place is the more they will pay attention to detail and go out of their. Way to make sure you the customer is happy.

I moved to Franklin Furnace a year ago, have had these guys do my general maintenance a couple times since I have moved. I understand busy, but I have been calling for a little over three months to get a general inspection and roof seals done. Being in sales and have had been a business owner this place has terrible service! I got told another two weeks and was told just take it somewhere else. It's upsetting to even have spent money with a business that is like this! If you want to be customer and camper specific you should advertise it that way not list that you service all! Pretty terrible! I would not buy nor reccomend service here! As many bad thing's I have heard about the service I'm not sure how you have a 4 star rating!
