A man who has a heart of gold. When I speak with different Staff Members, I feel Michael Klaben Sr. is in their hearts. This penetrates my heart and I feel this: “WELCOME TO THE FORD FAMILY” and “WE WELCOME YOU WITH OPEN HEARTS ALWAYS!” I also feel “DEEDS NOT WORDS” starting with Michael Klaben Sr. and filtering all throughout the Dealership. When pulling up into the Service Bay, they put a protective plastic covering over your seat and a white floor protector mat over your floor mat as soon as you drive in the Service Bay. Other Ford Dealerships do not do this and they should learn from Klaben Ford Service. Thank you and “ALL KUDOS” to the entire Service Department.

“My car was over heating and leaking fluids. I called to make an appointment to see how bad things were. They were able to check my car out within a couple days. They called me a few hours after I dropped my car off and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I agreed and was expecting to have my car ready the next day. They called me later that day and said it was ready. The experience I had was very good. They are a very busy shop but do a very good job at making sure things are handled in a timely manner. They do the work that is needed and their prices are not bad. I havent heard anything bad about them just good things and my experience has been all positive. I'm not sure if they offer AAA discounts or how they would handle things if you couldn't afford the work that needed done but I'll be taking my car to them when I need work done.”

They explained the process and showed me some other vehicles that were finished and it was awesome, I'll be taking my other vehicles here, overall great experience.”
“We had a tire that needed replaced immediately, whole process only took 30 minutes. Got a quality tire for an amazing price. Staff was friendly and efficient. We will not be going anywhere else for tires.

“Myers is hands down the best of the best here in town. They're honest, fair priced and their customer service is unmatched. Hope is a pleasure to talk to and always ensures a timely diagnosis review of all problems, big or small. You can call and speak with her or even text if that better fits your daily agenda. The last 2 occasions I had to have work done was October on my wife's Kia and today on my daughters Ford. Each time the group at Myers identified the issue within hrs and got us back up and on our way. Hope has stayed after hours to receive payment and/or turn my keys back over. I could go on and on but just know Myers is the best there is outside of taking your vehicle to a manufacturers dealership service department and of course way more cost efficient as well.”

“I'd like to leave 5 stars based on the friendliness and credibility of the staff, however the labor costs seem high to me but let me just say I haven't gotten quotes from anyone else so I don't want to slam the company for something I haven't compared apples to apples on. The waiting area, showroom, and restroom are extremely clean and I feel that the staff are extremely honest.”

I called this morning with a problem. Fully prepared to have my car towed to them and give them my money. Explained the situation to them and instead of taking my money and going about their business, they told me what the problem most likely was, what part to change and how to change it and if that didn't work, to call them back. I've trusted them for years and they never let me down.
Who else would do that? If you know someone else, good. If you don't, send them your business!”
“I just started using them not to long ago and I have to say the whole staff is friendly, nice, and understanding. The lady that work the check out when we see each other we say hi she lovely. And that is a big thing I look at in shops because you know they won’t screw you over. They are also VERY REASONABLE in price. And they do the best work ever!”

“I've been taking my cars to Super Tire since another local place basically ripped my front bumper off one of my cars because it was "too low". A half inch drop on a car that rides at over 5" isn't "low".
Super Tire got me in, aligned, mounted new tires, new tpms, and did everything for me cheaper than who I used previously. Not only was the work done correctly, I was in and out quickly and had an appointment within the week.
Super Tire is where my cars go for anything tire and wheel related anymore.”
