I called and the person that answer answer the phon said hello and I ask how much was the rent a month and he didn't say nothing then hang up the second time I called he didn't answer very unprofessional!!!

Todd has been very responsive and helpful. He sent me the application the day I called him and called me the day after I turned it in to let me know I was approved for residency.

The owner of the park is amazing. The trailer park is very well kept and clean. It is also a very quiet community where people help each other out.
