I would highly recommend this store. My husband and I decided to upgrade our phones, Jordan was able to get us the new 13 pro max in our desired color. He was very professional, patient and able to answer all of my questions. Usually we go to Findlay, but they always take at least 3 hours to do anything. Jordan was able to do the upgrade way quicker than any other time I’ve experienced. Thanks again, we love our new phones!

My wife Robin and I came in today today and worked with store representative Josh. At first we were worried since we didn't have a good experience at the Corporate store in Findlay. They only showed us one phone without any regard to cost to us. Thankfully we spoke up and asked about another phone that we happened to see and the representative was able to get them sent to our house. What upset us though is that we asked if they could set up the phone but they said no and handed us a paper which is unreasonable. How can they expect us to know how to set up these phones! Thus we came into this store and Josh was so kind as to set us up and get everything we needed over. There was even trouble activating the phone that they sent. Thankfully Josh spent over a half hour to make sure we were up and running. Due to my previous experience I will coming back here for my needs!

EDIT: GO TO THE FINDLAY CORPORATE STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND HASSLE.I’m so tired of this store scamming my family members - making statements about Verizon policies and account management that are not true, telling them they can’t pay for devices in full up front, and screwing up the family plan so it costs way more a month than it would by going to an ACTUAL corporate Verizon store.We can’t even return the devices and reverse the changes (making us whole again), without being charged additional “restocking” fees. PLEASE skip this store altogether and go to the corporate Verizon store in Findlay.To Josh, the employee who was dishonest to my father about the upfront costs and changes to our plan, I’m really disappointed in you. This is an elderly man who takes you for your word, doesn’t even consider that you’re upselling him to make more money, and now his daughters have to take hours out of their day to clean up your mess.#reportedBBB
