Very disappointed! The expression I say often is desperate people do desperate things. Paul Cole Motors must be desperate. Today I had a headlight fixed and the total labor was $159.99 for 25 minutes to fix it. I got there at 2:50pm and the keys were handed to the Service mgr. at 3:15pm. While she was doing the bill she said the computer lost all my information and she had to take longer to do my paper work. My total cost to fix the dim light on the drivers side was $244.02. The part was $68.60 tax $15.43. Bottom line I will never go here again nor would I send anyone here. Very disappointed!
To give you a heads up I was shown a work order that said the part was $75 and an hour of labor was $60. Total $135. Then when I came in the next day to have the work done a flier was put up saying there was a $100 diagnostic fee that the last time if the work was done by Paul Cole it was taken out of the $100. But I understand your NEW POLICY is $100 no matter whether you do the work or not. The part that gets me is I told you what was going on with my van, I told you how it needed to be fixed, I told you I was sure it was in the connection. Maybe you should give me $100 back because I diagnosed it with common sense. Please understand that I am laughing because common sense went out the window a long time ago. Thus a $100 fee that was added to my labor cost. A couple months ago you used the diagnostic test and my cost afterwards was $90 total and guess what you fixed the problem that no one else could figure out. You changed your policy and JUST because everyone else is doing it does it mean that you have to treat your customer just as bad. I understand there is a GREAT mechanics shop in town I believe called Mason's. That's my plan in the future. I'll be praying for you because my neighbor in Bloomdale used to be one of the best employees you will ever have and you ask him if this new Paul Cole Motors is a place where he would want to work again.

This place has some really good employees but as far as a business it is lacking. They Bounced the check for my trade in. It has been a nightmare for over 2 months of me making payments on a car I no longer own. This is the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. I would highly recommend putting your trust in a dealership that can pay their bills

I had an excellent experience. I got a good car at a fair price and the customer service was incredible. The people there are respectful, transparent, and don't pressure you at all. It was a two hour drive for me to get there and it was still absolutely worth it.

We purchased a Chrysler Town & Country van from Paul Cole Motors a while back. Even though we weren't purchasing the most expensive car on the lot, it didn't matter to them. They went far above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and got the best deal possible. They are trustworthy, honest, and kind, which is sadly hard to find these days. Highly recommend if you are in need of a new or used vehicle!!

I was in a very bad situation, went to start my car and it was no responsive. Looked around and I knew Kainen worked here. I asked him what he had available, and he got me set up in a great Honda Civic in less than a day. Really saved the day, great people and great service!
