What's not to love? This is the best gym! Brett has to be about the coolest and most knowledgeable man you will ever meet. Everyone here is friendly and helpful also. I'm just sad it took me so long to join this gym. Don't make the same mistake.

Just finished the self defense class with Brett and it was great! Learned a lot and had a lot of fun. I highly recommend both his self defense class and his personal training!!
