I went in knowing what my trade in was worth, as well as their vehicle. My salesman was Tom Thomas, and the first offer he made me was exactly what I was looking for. It was the first time in my car buying experience where there was no haggling over price. And with the help of Sunny, I was out of there in no time.

I walked in knowing exactly what I needed out of this experience and they delivered that! I know every circumstance is different, but I walked in about 2pm and drove away by 6pm in a new car. No hassle, no pushing extra features/services, and quick. I test drove my first Mazda today and drove away in the same one. Personable, efficient, and local. I recommend!

I purchased a vehicle recently from Mazda Direct. It wasn't my first Mazda but it was my first time working with MD, Thomas Thomas (yes you read that correctly :) ) and the rest of the team. I appreciated his courtesy, professionalism and pleasant disposition. He helped make the transaction rather seamless. He listened to my requests and worked with me to get what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me.
