Never stocked on the actual stuff you need, the floors have boxes of products still in them instead of on the shelves, puts products marked down but when checking out it comes to the full price instead. DONT RECOMMENDED GOING THERE

My husband and I went in this evening (12/18/2022) and the worker began following myself and my husband almost immediately. I did not catch her name but she is very short, blonde with a ponytail, wore glasses and had on dirty clothes. We are people of color. Myself and husband have NO REASON EVER to steal at Dollar General because there is NOTHING there worth stealing. That worker is unqualified and unprofessional and too dirty looking to work there anyway, let alone follow someone around the store. Manager, and workers like her, do better or don't work there at all!

My family and I were In there today browsing while we did laundry and we stopped to look at energy drinks. There was a cockroach crawling up the side of the shelf. We brought this to an employees attention and they know they are there. They did mention they were in contact with an exterminator, so at least something is getting done.
