I was in the area and it was very last minute and Tom was happy and able to accommodate a hunt for me and my favorite old hunting girl German Wirehaired Pointer. I highly recommend taking a trip and hunting here. The cover and the property was fantastic. It's relatively flat so the walking was easy the cover was great even at this time of the year and I probably flushed 12 pheasants that were not set out for me on top of what I had Tom set for me. It was as fun as a wild Hunt in South Dakota for me and I go to South Dakota every year. The birds that were already out were very spry and would flush fairly easy. Even though I wasn't shooting those birds it was great to see and to watch my dog find point and see them fly away. Apparently Tom likes to keep a population of birds present on the property to enhance your experience and it sure did.

I love this hunting preserve, run well, owners are helpful and knowledgeable about dogs, great place to train, or bring guests. Sometimes there's a fire to warm up by when you're finished.
