On thanksgiving day I experienced a non responsive car that resulted in me having to get a jump. With it being the holiday, I had to wait until the following day to take it to Autozone to get my battery tested and to sort out the issue. When I arrived to the store I was greeted by two people and the second person at the counter assisted me. She hooked the machine up to my battery and told me that my battery was working fine and that I may be experiencing issues with my starter instead. My brain went into survival mode because I was thinking of getting back home which was two hours away, I was thinking about possible cost for the starter issue and how I would make it to work on the following day; needless to say I was in a panic! So she tells me that I may have to push some button under the hood to aid me with my issue, I asked her to show me where this button was and we went back outside to find it. While we were outside the other gentleman that was behind the counter, comes out to tell us that it was in fact an issue with my battery . Thankfully he picked up her machine and reviewed the data and was able to deduct that my battery wasn't working properly. I'm thinking of a pleasant way to end this review and I have nothing; thanks for making my blood pressure rise and then solving the problem .

Bryce & Michael are great. Bryce was very helpful & polite. Those two are nice to see after work when cars do what they do. I know I will get superior customer service & parts I need. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job.

The manager Jonathan and Co worker Michael really helped me with a new starter to a rear view mirror. I def suggest going there. I know where I will get my car help/parts from!

AutoZone it's a good place to get Auto parts I guess but couple of the well not employees but one of the managers are dumber than a box of rocks I don't get it why they hired somebody that don't even know nothing about cars to be a managerBut we bought a duralast coil 70 80 bucks whatever was you know pretty expensive put it in the car drove it up the road 5 minutes and went out so how would you rate that I would say poor but the customer service it's great they got good people
