The receptionist or office person. Upon the arrival comes across cold and unwelcoming! A simple, "hello how many I help you", would have made this encounter, straight to the point. Facilities are large and easy to come and go.

I think they have a great location just north of downtown on Wabash Rd. Ample room for 18 wheelers so 40' goosenecks won't have a problem. The staff I dealt with are knowledgeable and efficent. I've been there several times and never had a bad experience. Unlike the chain stores, their store is clean, organized and well stocked. And they deliver large orders. Custom moldings and trim too. This is a "go to" place. Have fun!!!!
