“I live 40 minutes from this branch, which is still the closest since they closed a closer one during Covid. I walked in to make a deposit and walked back out in less than 5 minutes. I like the big bank capability when it comes with small rural town service, character, and values like this branch makes possible. It's even better than the one I used to use. Very comfortable setting and atmosphere.”

“The new automated phone system is horrible. The only reason I was still banking here was because I could talk to a real person when something was wrong with my account. Now that I can’t do that, I’m going to start transitioning to a new bank
Update: I figured out that if you say “contact banker” to the automated thing it will put you through to a person. It is frustrating that it never gives you any prompt to get through to a banker, but the bankers are super helpful once you do get a hold of them.”
