I was taking my clock to Gregg's Clock Shoppe on Allentown Rd. In Lima years. Turns out they did nothing to my clock.
Brandeoff Jewelers had to replace multiple parts. Runs like its hasn't run since I inherited from my Uncle.
I will never take it to anyone else.

I went to Brandehoff to get an engagement ring and Kirk listened to everything I wanted and created the perfect ring! It was exactly what I wanted and he even took his time to teach me everything I needed to know about the ring and the diamond! My fiancé loved it! I highly recommend Brandehoff!

A true disappointment in every sense. If I could give this place a zero I would. Extremely poor customer service. I was very disappointed with the way the owner spoke to me, very disrespectful. I LOVE to shop small, I seek out small businesses to support.

have known Kurt for years..he is our GO TO for all jewelry issues. He can work wonders on broken pieces and can figure out how to keep our old Grandfather clock on time. And he has a nice selection of jewelry for all occasions as well

I just went to get some links taken out of my watch but when I first called I could already tell how friendly of a guy the owner is. I get there and it took maybe 2 minutes and he didn't charge me a thing. Great guy and great selection of jewelry as well!
