“One of 3 P&G/ICF locations where registered & qualifying participants visit to participate in on site studies or collect products for at-home testing. I've been doing this for 7 years now & this location in St. Bernard is closer to me than their larger headquarters & testing center in Mason. Plenty of parking, though participants are generally directed to park in dedicated spaces & they're currently observing Covid-19 protocols, where you're asked to call & verify your arrival & they'll drop off your test items in your trunk. Every interaction with staff I've had here has been a rewarding one & I'm glad to have the chance to participate in their product testing, both for the chance to learn about their evaluation process & for the financial incentive it offers.”
“I had to get a blood draw and Loretta was one of the friendliest people I've ever met in healthcare. I told her how great she was and she said she always tries to adjust (within the safety requirements of the work she does, obviously) her demeanor and pacing to fit the patient's needs.More people like Loretta are needed in healthcare!”

“Went in for routine bloodwork on 06/26/2024. Although the waiting room was full upon arrival, the staff had patients in and out efficiently. My procedure was completed by the lady that checked me in at the counter. She was kind, courteous, and conversational during the procedure.
In a "Me First" society, it was nice to see how smoothly this office operates. All the haters out there need to relax and be patient. Many times outpatient services like these are overwhelmed with volume. Be kind to them, and they will be kind to you.”
“I always go on a Saturday in the early afternoon. They have always been friendly and efficient. ALWAYS make an appointment even though they don't require it! This time, there was a woman who just showed up and kept banging on the door until she was taken care of even though the technician was just starting my blood draw. He was much more polite than I would have been. Had she checked before showing up, she would have known what she needed and wouldn't be interrupting. They typically only have one person on staff on Saturday from what I've seen, so an appointment just makes sense and is very easy to do.”
“I have to get semi yearly blood tests done, and they have always been quick, painless, and professional! Seriously good at what they do! I've done it 4 times so far, and it has always been great! I can't speak to billing issues because mine is through a third party, but the test itself always goes great!”
“I came in for bloodwork with an appointment. Very good experience! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes despite some paperwork issues from my primary dock. The gentleman working did great; I mentioned I don't do great with having blood drawn and he offered to let me lie down, which I was grateful for but wasn't necessary. He seemed to have a good attentiveness to cleanliness. Whole thing was quick and painless.”
