Christina is outrageous she asked us do we have enough money to buy some balloons? I found it very rude. Nice lady but I suppose she thought it was right to judge us off what we had on to ask us if we could afford 12 balloons.

Watch Family Dollar like a hawk! The prices rarely ring up at the sale price. The Ohio Attorney General needs to straighten this company out. I tried purchasing items with coupons loaded on my app. The coupons came off but the prices for the items were not even close to the ad price. The cashier wasn't capable of counting past 2 so it was futile to try to get her to adjust the price. Not wasting my time with this bait and switch store anymore.

They’re never open, they make their own store hours, there’s no sense of having regular store hours because the employees are going to close when they feel like it. It’s very frustrating because there’s absolutely no businesses here that you can go make a store run in.

Nice cashier. This store was struggling with stocking but seems to have some help now! Very neat and clean aisles.

Nnnhh ice little place. New management. Yo uh can tell they are really trying to make it a better place. All workers were working or helping managers. The front cashier young women was very nice, we did forget to take a security tag thing off which found out today when daughter put outfit on lol. But I'll go back and get it fixed. She was new there I over heard her and the boss talking so that's how iij knew she was new. But again it was a good experience. Also I've looked at 2 or 3 other family dollars for the reading glasses that I want, and this place actually had them i was so excited. So I'll be coming back for sure

Much like other dollar stores this place could benefit from some sprucing up. It always looks like they are in the middle of stocking the shelves. I don't know if that is any indication that some more employees are needed or what. On a lighter note, this Family Dollar provides good customer service. It serves the forest park community. It's close to the library and across from the post office. It is a convenient resource to the residents that live in the apartments located just a few steps away. I won't go into a spill about the condition of the shopping center. I will say becareful riding through here, there's pot holes that could cause you big trouble. Parking available. Located on the route 20 bus line.

We were cheated as usual electronic coupons $10.00 and not given extra 25% off clearance as well this isn't the 1st time this has happened! Items not running up correctly after coming home again checking my receipt so now got to go back to the store again... so out more having to drive back😡
