“Jay is absolutely amazing at his craft. He fixed what noone else could. He quoted a price and stuck to it but also did a few extra things to the car he didn't need to do but did them anyways and made the bumper look good as new. It was also fiberglass which noone works with anymore. He is very down to earth and could tell right away I could trust him and his work. Had the car done in a week. 10000% recommend. Without any question will be back when needed. He also had to deal with painting black and it looks amazing!! Thank you Jay !!”

“I would like to say I have been bringing my car to this shop for roughly a year now. I am absolutely picky about where I get my car service done because my dad was a mechanic for a long time. We used to do most of our car work in-built in-home shop, but we don’t have access to it anymore. They helped refurbish my Chevy Cruze to near mint condition, pricing is reasonable. Other services are very reasonable for pricing also. Dustin, the other gentleman are very good at communicating. And I would like to give a shout-out to Tom Sora, amazing man and runs his business extremely well. Will take care of your cars and someone I trust very well. “My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

Every other place was full it seemed like until, I stumbled on to Deans. They were open and honest about the work that needed to be done, got me in right away and communicated well with my insurance. “I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”

I am glad to admit I was wrong.They were extremely helpful, especially with working with my insurance and getting all the paperwork filled out and turned in. They kept me informed in their progress and kept to the dates they promised my car would be ready. Ray was especially helpful when I had scheduling conflicts to pick up.
