I could not exchange wig color for the correct one after I thought Michelle and I were on the same page that I wanted to have a blonde wig. $400 later and a gray wig with no satisfaction.

I called last minute! She had no problem fitting me in for an appt. She was patient and understanding and thorough with instructions as I'm new to wigs. I would HIGHLY recommend her shop!! 100%. Very satisfied.
