Sorry for your experience Ms. Garcia the auction you reference was prepared by the family themselves not any Walter Real Estate & Auctioneer employees. Many of our auctions are prepared by the families.

On September 9th in Arlington, Ohio I went to the auction that was held there and went to purchase specific items that I had seen and inspected online by the pictures and I ended up buying a lot that weren't on my list?. Through inspecting and looking at the items for sale I quickly realized that the employees stacked items in boxes terribly and definitely not with care. I tried to check stuff before I bought it, but it all happens so fast there's no way to check it all... but to make it a short story alot of purchased items were broken, chipped or flat out ruined and I had seen these items online and they were fine when the pictures were taken while the item was still displayed in the house. They were stacked, smashed and looked just thrown together in a box. These items were precious to these homeowners and should have been displayed and packaged with respect if not for to sell as well, to insure the customers that purchase the items get what they paid for-items intact. I can honestly say that at least one item out of every box was damaged in some way. I am extremely disappointed and will never spend my hard earned money on any auction that is held by Walter Real Estate and Auctioneers. I hope that they get it together at least for the deceased families relatives.

Great communication and Matt is upfront about all that is involved regarding an auction. He grew up around auctions and knows the business very well. Has a great team to sort and price items. His experience helps to price items and know what they will sell at auction! Would definitely recommend!
