I give them two stars because you get most of your mail. But they treat your mail and packages like they are trash. Just throw it in there. Crush something that says fragile and do not bend. They just left a movie poster I ordered on my pourch in the rain and let it rain on it all day(I was not home and poster was 4 days late. Needless to say it was soaked when I got home from going outa state. I don’t think that’s any way to treat a package that’s not yours. Very disappointed in the postal service and person who does this to me constantly. I will be reporting this carrier. Shame how bad it has gotten. UPDATE now they leave a note in my mailbox saying I got a package to pick up. Post office isn’t to far away so this suits me just fine. We will see if it lasts.

Package delayed due to animal......I watched driver pass without stopping and there was no animal anywhere. I actually watched driver drive past and did not even attempt to get out and deliver it.

For the 10th time this year I get a notification that a package was left at my door only to find nothing is there. No knock, no package, and now it’s MY PROBLEM to track my package down. No compensation for my time, no service. Complete trash of a service. Thanks for either losing or stealing my package and expecting me to track this down for free on my time.

Place is very unprofessional. Gary called a customer an idiot to his coworker right in front of everyone inside the post office. "These idiots think we do everything for them." He obviously did not want to be there and shouldn't continue working there.

Sell items on ebay, and i've had almost a dozen of my envelopes/packages never receive an arrival scan after I've dropped them off here. I can't imagine there are many post offices out there that are worse, or that care less.

My package been sitting in Findlay for two days, at facility tracking claims, but no movement no word, I guess I'll just come pick up my package tomorrow from facility. Unless stolen or damaged or lost in transit.

I have the same problems that the other reviewers have. I have never had any problems until I moved to Findlay. Missing mail, packages opened with no explanation. The worst is when I get a package that was clearly open and my stuff is missing. Not just once but 3 times. No one cares and it keeps happening.

Sunday morning, 11:09am, February 6, 2022 - arrived at the post office to pick up some priority shipping boxes and found the bins missing what I needed. I took a shot and and called the main Findlay PO phone number. “Cheryl” answered the phone and told me that she would be happy to help. Cheryl met me in the lobby and asked what and where I was shipping to. After being educated and given several options I was on my way out the door. “Thank YOU” Cheryl for being not only so professional but kind. YOU and your co-workers make it a pleasure to utilize our great Findlay post-office! Post Master please acknowledge this great Federal employee. Thank you again. Ben Riggi, Findlay, OHIO

Continuously put wrong mail into my mailbox sometimes the mail is supposed to go to the complete other side of town really tired of the mailbox being full and one or two things being for me.. have told them multiple times but they keep doing it over and over

Mailed 3 letters in two trips to the inside customer service window. Took 23 days for the first two to reach their destination, one if which was 4 blocks away. Second on 12/1/2021 Mailed a Christmas card with gift cards and it has yet to arrive. 12/18/2021. The service itself was hostile and down right disrectful, manager refused to be seen, got the whole transaction recorded too. We gotta do something.

Not just poor customer service, multiple Federal representatives were down right hostile. I was prepared on my last visit to check and see why mail had not been delivered 14days later to multiple addresses, one of which was 4 blocks away?? I downloaded a voice recorder app, recorded the entire transaction, where I was denied to speak to a supervisor. I filed official grievance on USPS website explaining all my terrible experiences, including my recording and received a simple e-mail telling me it is resolved. This is a Federal facility management problem and e-mail is not adequate. Preposterous.
