Attended today is extremely rude making nasty remarks and harassing patrons for no reason I don't think that kind of person work there. Never going back. Not with workers like that. Zero stars don't go here is you like to do your laundry in peace u will harassed and made to feel uncomfortable even if you talk to no and keep to your self. Take you business some where with better employees. Will miss that laundry mat but not that hostile environment. And I definitely would be bringing my kids around someone like that for their safty.

Worst business ever! Dropped laundry off, returned and sign says be back 15 minutes! I’m waiting a hour and no one here and no valid phone number! Other customer says he hasn’t seen anyone for 2 hours and machine ripped his money off!
No way to contact owner!

First off, Dale Smith III is a Liar. If you’re in just before closing and Your Kids have Nothing to wear, YOU DON’T LEAVE THE FACILITY. #Parenting101 He returned at 10:05 and was Shocked that the facility was closed (as advertised). Poor Dale, ever the Victim went on to write his nasty review.
I like to leave positive reviews, but at the same time need to be honest. This is a decent facility, however a Significant number of machines are tagged as Broken. I’m here on a Sunday and it’s Busy. It would be busier if your Customers knew things worked.
Avoid the large washers in back. In a row of 8, I chose the 2 that weren’t marked as Broken. One worked the other didn’t. Enter Lindsay. She immediately jumped into action and got me a functional washer. She covered the lost Quarters and Soap. Thanks Lindsay!

Updated review:There used to be an older woman who worked here who was just the nicest. She apparently is no longer there. The floors are always gross and dirty as are the folding tables. The laundry carts won't even roll because of hair and lint on the wheels. Dryers either don't dry or are out of order. Good luck talking with the attendant who spends most of her time outside sitting in her suv.

Wish more dryers worked, obviously a popular spot, can hardly get two dryers next to each other. Very nice staff though, always super helpful

I put mine and my kids laundry in the dryer at 9:05pm, there's signs saying last load at 8:45 meaning you can put your last load in the washer at 8:45 so it wouldn't even be out of the washer until 9:15. The laundromat closes at 10 and our laundry was done at 10:05 in the dryer, I returned at 10:05 to get my laundry just to find out that the doors were already locked lights were off and no one was there. My kids had to wear dirty clothes to school and sleep with no blankets. Went to pick up my laundry the next day and the employee was rude about it, I will never return to this laundromat and I'll be contacting the BBB about this.

Nice decent sized laundromat. Gets a little hot. Some A/C would be great. Free WiFi that actually works would make this place perfect.

The place was clean and there was someone onsite if you needed help. But the one wall of dryers has at least half of them out of order which seems common anymore.

One of the employees is a very sweet, cooperative and attentive lady. The place looks old, but it is always clean and the washing machines work well and it is economical

The attendant was lazy! There was a sign laying on the change machine that asked for $ one dollar bills, when I offered 5 ones for a $5 bill, she looked at me like I was crazy and said there was no sign, at that point I went and picked up the sign and showed her, she says it wasn't hanging on the machine. I walked out replaced the sign on top of machine and continued with my laundry, when it was done and put my clothes in the dryer on medium. Put 4 quarters in and started the dryer, after about 15 minutes I checked the dryer to see how the clothes were drying. The dryer was cold, no heat at all! Went to the attendant and told, her answer to me was I should have put it on high! I said it was on medium so my clothes wouldn't shrink! She grudgingly reimbursed my money and I switched to another dryer! What ticked me off more was she had her feet propped up watching TV and acted like it was a bother for her to do her job. Need to find a better place to go! Oh and there was no sign on the dryer saying it only worked on high!

I've been to this laundromat more than once. Always shabby, alot of out of orders on the machines, and just needing a good sweep. Today was the worst. The floors were disgusting. One spot looked like it had blood and hair on the floor. Will not be going back
