I loved this place when they first opened its a few minutes from my house so I go there often I get the exact same drink every single time. I went there yesterday and it looked nothing like how I get it I nicely said "I'm sorry this isn't my drink it doesn't look like it" the girl says "okay hold on" then proceeds to get a manager I believe. The manager comes to the window and rudely says "this is exactly what this drink is suppose to look and I'm not remaking it so you can either take your drink and leave or don't take it." It was a cold brew coffee with 3 pumps of white mocha and salted carmel foam and I said it's not suppose to be black coffee it's always a light brown. She then said again "I'm not remaking it I know what it's suppose to look like" so I grabbed it and called customer service.

I really enjoy having a Starbucks on this side of town! Everyone at the drive thru is nice but if you go inside, the employees are rude! Especially the girl with glasses and curly red hair. She acts like you're the biggest inconvenience in the world.

The baristas who work here are amazing, hardworking and kind!!! This store just opened in June, and if you've read these old bad reviews they do NOT hold up! They've worked out their kinks and have really come into their own. They're always excited to help you and give you recommendations if you don't know what you're in the mood for. I've ordered many "surprise drinks" and have never been disappointed! :)))

Both coffees were incorrect. Asked to have it fixed and the attendant said, “It already rang through.” and closed the window. Don’t waste your money here and go to the Dunkin’.

Ordered a venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with no whip cream (traditionally the drink has whip cream on top, that's all). Went through the drive thru, a worker handed my mom the drink with both whip cream on top and and on the bottom, she handed it back to me and as soon as we got out of the drive thru, we pulled into a pick-up spot. My mom went in and talked to a worker to get the $6.45 drink fixed because I don't like whip cream (BUT I have ordered it regular before, it comes with whip cream on top), worker was passive aggressive and rude about fixing the drink, made a comment about the drink usually getting made with whip cream on both the bottom and the top (this is one of the two drink I go back and forth between, i have never gotten it that way before), they ended up fixing the drink but didn't put cookie crumbs in.(For context, I'm in a boot and on crutches, that's the whole reason we originally did drive thru because I had just gotten done at school and my foot already hurt from walking around the high school so much. Whip cream makes me feel queasy so I usually don't get it, I already had an upset stomach so I ordered it without whip cream, no major changes to the drink besides that.)

The place seems to have undergone recent renovations, boasting all-new appliances and a delightful ambiance. Additionally, the coffee here is excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff is also exceptionally friendly, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere of the place.

For starters, if you're here to complain about coffee that tastes burnt, don't drink Starbucks coffee. I have gotten Starbucks from all over, and they have a tendency to taste burnt. Other than that, my service was great. Barista was very kind. I wish people would give a review to somewhere the 99 times they get it right, instead of the one they get it wrong, but, alas.

They were 'out of red cups' ON RED CUP DAY!!! even though we literally saw a box of them. the lady that took my order was very rude and uninterested. her name tag said jordan. they were taking shots of expresso rather than making our orders. it was not a good experience and this is why i would rather go to dunkin.

I’ve been to many Starbucks over the years, and this location is BY FAR the worst I’ve ever experienced. I typically go to the Tiffin Ave store and the experiences are night and day. This location probably shouldn’t offer mobile ordering because they just can’t seem to handle it. There was apparently only 1 barista working this afternoon who was responsible for mobile orders. She didn’t come out of the back to start making any of the orders until it had already been 10 minutes after my drink was supposed to be done. Zero apologies. Total annoyance when I asked for a status. I would never have even been acknowledged if I didn’t speak up myself to ask for an update. No teamwork. Zero customer service skills. I’ll never visit this location again. Seems from the other reviews that customer service is a real problem here.

My family and I have been here multiple times and have experienced bad service, wrong drinks and long wait times. The other thing I don’t understand is how do you not have iced coffee on a regular basis? I have probably been there 10 times and you have not had iced coffee 8 of those times. That’s crazy! Come on do better!

I ordered my drink at 3:59 (recorded on my receipt) and didn't get it until 4:19pm. I watched several other people get their drinks. Not sure why mine took so long. No one greeted me or thanked me and I had to tell the girl at the register how much change I needed back. Not sure why everyone loves this place. It's overpriced, the service sucks and the drinks always taste burnt. The only reason I came today was because it was on the side of town I needed.
