Scarbrough's Medical Arts is a beloved family business that has been serving the community for generations. Customers praise the wonderful and helpful staff, who always greet them with a smile and take the time to answer any questions. The pharmacy is known for its efficiency, yet the pharmacists, Stan and Carrie, also make an effort to get to know their patients as individuals. Despite some challenges with non-FDA approved treatments, the customers who visited Scarbrough's describe the staff as the "sweetest" and "so so soooo kind." They appreciate the pharmacy's transparency, such as when they admitted to a mistake and immediately corrected it. While the treatment at Scarbrough's did not work out in the end, the customers are grateful for the care and support they received throughout the process.
Great place with great people! I get my cat’s thyroid medication compounded here; they are always prepared on time and staff reminds me when I am running low on refills. Getting compounded medications can’t get any easier. Won’t go anywhere else!
