My first time going to Pratt salon. I am SO impressed with the color that I got!!! This IS my hairs new home. Jordan did a magnificent job for me. I've been several other places wanting this same choice and NEVER even came close. This is definitely right on!!! Thank you jordan...I'll be back to see you more!!!! Everyone there were popping in and out watching the process was going. I am over the moon pleased!!! I can't thank Pratt salon more for having such a wonderful crew. Thank all of you for being as excited as I was. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!

Olivia bleached my hair twice in one session. Worried she fried my hair. Also showed her a picture and said I only want to color a streak of hair. That's literally all I came there for and the girl obviously didn't listen because when she was brushing my hair out, I felt her putting something on my hair like painting it so I asked her what is she doing and she was dying my hair blonde!! I'm a dark brunette. She washed it out and said it wouldn't leave anything behind or be noticed well i noticed a small orange spot in the back of my head. She also didn't have any ashy toner so she left the salon as I have product in my hair and left to the store to get it and then returned to rinse my hair out. It was so bad.

I came in and booked with Olivia and had and excellent service! They took me as a walk in and I needed a big chop, went from mid back hair to a pixie cut then we did fit me in for some eyebrow waxing and a new color as well! They had very high energy and I loved working with them they made me feel great! And my hair looks even greater!Services: Waxing

I only go to Dana Hedrick but I think everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking to here is friendly and talented. The environment is pleasant and there is a coffee bar for clients/guests. I think pricing is individual for the most part but I think that what I have paid has always been fair. Don't forget to tip your stylist!

Honestly upset that when I get home I notice my hair is not even close to being even! I never leave messages but definitely should have not paid full price until stylist is trained now I have to get it fixed! The color is not what I asked for but I guess my idea of blonde is different maybe show color swatches! Don’t expect you have an appointment even after you schedule! Called on Tuesday at 1230 made appointment over the phone for Thursday at 515. Arrived on time no record of the appointment and no accommodations. Won’t be back.

I enjoy going to get my hair cut. I met Baylee about a year ago and she does a great job with my hair. She is very nice and easy to work with. Ryan is the owner and he is always friendly and welcoming also. I appreciate the convenient location and easy parking.
