Staff is awesome. Equipment was just updated. I think this is still the cheapest place to get a gym membership. Nowhere else in town comes close to this membership.

I absolutely love my gym here! The place is clean and they offer so many different amenities such as massage chairs, hydro massage, tanning(5⭐), and the total body enhancement booth! There's always enough machines open when I need them. The hours are mostly convenient I wish they were open 24 hrs all the time because that's when I go mostly after 10pm. Thanks pf!!!!!!!!

I truly appreciate how hard the staff works to keep this gym clean. Maybe my typical time is just go time for the cleaning, but the guy with the jet pack vacuum is always going to town. It’s amazing how much paper lint and scraps drop from the cleaning station with each use. And they are on top of it!

Good gym but covid is over and I don’t get out of work until 9 on the weekends. It’s time for companies to change their hours back for our convenience.

I go to planet fitness when I’m not at my home gym back in Fort Campbell, KY. The lady there essentially told me that my daughter was not allowed to be in the lobby unattended, my daughter is 14 years old. Apparently their policy is 13 and to be with their parent. I never bring my child with me, today was the first day. If this is such a big deal there needs to be a plaque in the front of the establishment saying this. Also, the lady said that if I ever did it again there may be further action taken against me.
So first of all why would she not start the conversation by saying, maam were you aware of our policy and also ask me how old my daughter was before assuming I was a bad parent. So I do believe that gym needs some classes on how to approach people when they have situations arise. I only go there because it’s cheap and convenient when I’m home. I guarantee the only reason I come is to ensure I keep up my physical fitness. That is the only reason. If I could have left a zero starts based upon customer service I would have.

The staff is nice and inviting. They offer help and assistance if needed. The facility itself is always clean from out on the floor to even the men's locker room and showers. While everything seems like a tighter fit, I have not had any issues getting to the equipment and space I need for my workout even during busier times.

I've been there only once since covid hit hard. I was addicted before all the temporary closures. I went at least 5 days a week. I loved it.
