Had no issues with our recent purchase. My husband called and said we'll be coming in within 3 hours. We were directly serviced within a few short minutes and vehicle bought all within 1 hour.

Saw a vehicle I was interested in online. Clicked on tab to confirm it was available and that the advertised price was correct. I was told by Tyson Bolenbaugh it was available and that the price was correct. After some questions back and forth I said I would take it. He took my name and address to write up the purchase order. Shortly afterwards, I get a call from Tyler who identified himself as a sales manager. Tyler said the owner doesn't want to sell the car because they aren't making them after this year. He then says but he's taking offers. Basically a dealership how advertises one price but won't sell you the car unless you pay the extortion. It's going to be interesting to see the owners reaction when the Ohio Attorney General's office pays him a call. Buyers beware!

Do not buy a car from here or plan to have service. They will tell you they don't service your Jeep because you did not buy it from them. Then their service is terrible, Oil Change, Tire Rotation anything- some reason this place thinks they are better than anyone.

I purchased a new Ram Laramie 1500 from Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in January 2020. In February 2023 I had to take the truck in for a minor repair. When I got my keys back I was told the repair wasn't covered by warranty because my truck was only warranted to Canadian citizens in Canada and the warranty was no good in the US. I questioned them why I wasn't told that when I purchased the truck. The service manage said I need to learn to read my sales agreements better. After a heated exchange, I left and called the general manager on the phone. Turns out the service department was full of BS. In fact the truck is covered by warranty. I confirmed that by calling Chrysler corporate. There definitely seems to be something shady going on when the dealer where you purchased the truck is telling you it's not covered by warranty since the day I drove it off the lot. I will never go back to Findlay Chrysler again.

if I could give less that 1 star, I would. I was searching for the perfect vehicle for months. Finally found the one at Findlay Chrysler. They sent my contract. I sent over all my information. Switched my insurance. Had my bank set up a wire transfer for the next morning for nearly $40,000 (I had to take out a personal loan to buy the truck since the dealership wouldn't allow me to use any outside financing). My bank was set to wire the fund to the dealership this morning with the 9am fed transfer. I get confirmation from the bank that the fed accepted the wire transfer and they're just waiting on the tracking number. Minutes later, I get a call from my sales person Jeremy - he tells me to stop my wire transfer and return my loan - they are selling the vehicle right now as we speak. I spoke to the company's controller who literally told me the vehicle isn't "SOLD" until they get the funds in their bank account. I asked if they got the funds in their bank account form the new buyers and she said no - they're financing with us, so that rule doesn't apply. Piss poor customer service and literally the worst experience of my life.

Found a jeep I wanted on car guruis and notified the lot. Told them I was pre-approved and that my bank was open until 1 pm. We drove 2.5 hours only to get there and they don't take outside financing. Ummm excuse me?! No one told me that. So the manager comes out and says he can run my credit and they will match what my bank approved me for. I regretable let them run my credit and it came back 3.5 points higher than my bank! I feel bad for the girl that helped us. She was most definitely caught in the crossfire. They set her up for failure. She was super sweet and nice. Its too bad she works for such a crappy business.

Used car lot is a scam. Not worth a one-star. They sold a used car that was not even road worthy. Needed ball joints, tie rods, other suspension parts, etc. Took the money and now refuses to make it right and it hasn't been 30 days. Was told, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do". Buyers beware

I tried to give this dealership my business for a new truck. I found numerous trucks online for them to trade for so I could keep my business local. I even told them that I wanted to buy from them. They didn't appear to have any motivation to make a sale and I ended up buying from another area dealer. I then had a question about my new Ram truck so I called this dealer thinking that the local dealer would we willing to answer my question and have interest in maintaining. Apparently not because they couldn't answer the question and never bothered to call me back as they said that they would. I live in Findlay but will most likely be taking my truck to another dealer for my service needs and future purchases.

Trash - tried to lure me to the dealership to buy a vehicle which was heavily damaged and used high-pressure tactics to get me to purchase it. I can't see how this place could ever turn around to be an honest dealer. No one seemed helpful or wanting to sort out any kind of resolution. The only thing that could've been worse would be actually buying from them and needing anything at all. Do NOT expect any help from them should anything go wrong. They are there to sell you whatever they can, get their payment and that's it.

I wish I would have done more research on this dealership before purchasing from them. On 07/14/2022 a 2015 Ford Explorer was traded in at this dealership, I purchased this vehicle on 07/21/2022, with my salesman being Gary Harger. This gives them a week to do an insepection on the car and put it up for sale. However, they failed to do so and on 8/10/2022 I noticed some sensors showing up so I took it to my local mechanic to see what the issue was. I have driven the Explorer approximately 300 miles. He informed me that the driveshaft and transfer case are broken. This problem he said had to of occurred before I purchased the vehicle. He stated that I never would have noticed during a test drive because that is how I thought the car should sound and drive. The final cost to get my car repaired was $2900. The dealership is not taking any responsibility. That is ridiculous, you would think dealing with cars they would be able to notice something like that. Except they just drive they car and park them and look at the interior and exterior condition before putting it on the lot. I do not recommend anyone buying from them.

Do not buy from this Company with the new Management! We purchased a used Traverse, test drove it, and then 1 week later engine light came on, took it to Chevy to look at and it will cost $4600 to get fixed! This is dealership with new Management is very snake-like and slimy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you must buy from them, take your car to get it looked at before you purchase. Not worth all the headaches and wish we never traded our car in!
