They were so so helpful to Me and my Husband as they helped out get out of a bad situation we were in with a different mobile company with devices that didn't work well at all. They went out of their way for us to help us as much as they could. The service was Awesome that we received and they did everything that had to be Done to get us out of our old devices and into New Ones. “Most of the people here are kind and helpful. One worker however I have witnessed on several occasions be rude to customers and talk down to them. Today I witnessed this worker say something rude to the female manager that my wife and I were not happy with seeing this type of behavior from. Aside from him this place is an A++ Spectrum Store. I highly recommend.”

“I initially went to the Verizon store on the East side of town because I noticed an extra line on my account 3 months ago. I was told it was nothing and would eventually fall off. I was very close to going to a different provider but decided to try to go to this location. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they able to sort out my account but they treated me like a person, not just a way to make $$$$$! I will NEVER go back to the other location. This is were I will be going from now on!”
