Holly went above and beyond to help me with my online order and when I needed to return a few unneeded items from the project, she remembered that I had left my tape measure behind and had it set aside behind the counter for me when I came back.

Over the last 8 years I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s. I recently went in to inquire about warranty terms on a Bali Shade I had purchased. The associates were not knowledgeable of the products they’re selling. The associate didn’t know warranties or even try to find out. She just gave me the number to Bali company and suggested I call them myself. After I did their job and found out my shade was out of warranty. I went back with my receipt and measurements to purchase a replacement which again felt as another Lowe’s associate was not trained in the products they sell. I hope management takes these comments constructively and trains their teams.

Was in electrical department and the employee was very knowledgeable. He told me exactly how to hook the part up. I followed his directions and it was perfect. Very good experience.

DO NOT USE APPLIANCE HOME DELIVERY/INSTALLATION SERVICES.On 12/24/23: Scheduled delivery day #1#1 Problem: Wet and muddy shoes on carpet.#2 Problem: Missing parts for installation.#3 Problem: Dryer cord. The store said we needed one thing, the delivery service said another.#4 Problem: The washer was defective. A new scheduled delivery day to replace it.12/26/23: Scheduled delivery day #2#5 Problem: They had no idea about the defective washer so they came for nothing. Rescheduled delivery for 12/27/23.#6 Problem: Wet and muddy shoes on carpet again. This time I took pictures.#7 Problem: Dryer cord. Still conflicting information. We had a handyman come over and replace our receptable with the newest type and went to the store for the cord he told us to get.12/27/23: Scheduled delivery day #3#8 Problem: No delivery on 12/27 as promised. Nobody knows they had to do that.I've been calling all day. Everyone listens but no solution is provided other than someone will call. Still don't know what day they will come. Online the order says delivered.This may or may not come to a resolution, but regardless I've wasted 3 holiday break days on this mess, I need to deep clean my carpet, and I sill don't have a working washer and dryer.

I placed an online order for pickup at this location. When I went to pick up my order it was misplaced. It seemed to be very disorganized. I do not recommend online ordering for this location.

Will never ever again. Spend a dime in any Lowes Store. Scheming, scamming, lieing P.O.S. place. Sell people an $1k Bosch Dishwasher. Talk you into a extended warranty. Then when something breaks they can't locate the warranty. Oh wait you have receipts and proof of warranty. Oh well our records show it expired magically. Even though it's still in the dates. AVOID LOWES APPLIANCES!

My experience with Lowes has been a nightmare. Summary is multiple damaged appliances, delivery people scratched and damaged the refrigerator, washer didn’t work, delivery people scratched our new hardwood floor, blamed me and claimed it was already there. Floor was less than a week old. Ordered three times with multiple issues. I finally told them to come pick up the items. The sales people were friendly and felt very sorry for our experience, but they have a 3rd party delivery company and say it is out of their hands after the sale.
