Decent pharmacy, most of the employees there are nice, it's difficult to get meds straighten out with some of the employees when they have to call the insurance companies, but the ones thats been there longer make up for that an provide perfect service.

I called in to Kroger pharmacy to get a prescription filled. The representative told me how much it would be and what time it would be ready. Shortly after, we received a text confirming that it was ready. The situation called for us to use this Kroger due to stocking issues, so we drove 30 minutes one way to pick it up. When we got there, the rep told us that they could not process it and to wait until their 'head tech' was there the next morning. We called into the manufacturer ourselves, and they gave us the phone number for the pharmacy to use to get this resolved right away. I went inside to provide that number. They told me they were too busy to call and I had to come in the next day anyways. I called in the next morning to confirm, and the medication was out of stock. This could have been resolved with under a five minute phone call with the number I provided them. Very poor customer service and a really bad experience. This is my first one star review of any company.

If I could put negative I would. This is one of the worst managed stores I have ever seen. The empty shelves are unbelievable. Every time I go in there, their seafood area is either closed or they are out of stuff. Shelves are empty not to mention the grocery lines take so freakin long to get through. What a peice of s*** store.

Drove by twice in the last two days. Sign at drive up window says they are closed. If I knew they were closed on weekends I would have planned my refills better.

Please train your pharmacy person who answers the phone to have a little customer service!! She was extremely rude!! I could blast her name on here but I’ll be nice!!

Thank you so much to the older lady at the deli, that took her time to put paper in between the Muenster cheese today! She was outstanding friendly! Last time I went , there was a rude woman acting like I bother her, throwing the cheese slices just to a pile! So glad I gave it another try today.

I just love the staff,so helpful always. The staff in pharmacy are amazing. I came from a huge metropolitan area with super stores and larger stores. I love the small town store.
