While here at the Jackson Hewitt office in Findlay on Tiffin street I had a grand experience. Miss Carol Wilson did her absolute best at taking great care of me . I felt as though she definitely worked through with integrity and pride,checking my return over multiple times making sure all the correct information was uploaded before we entered it in . I am very satisfied with the service I personally had . I hope you too can have the same experience!

I have gone to jh the past 3 years, and will continue to use jh probably for the rest of my life!. Extremely nice people with a smile on their face ,and they make sure you are very welcomed and that you are very comfortable. Always so very professional. I'll see you guys next year!

My tax preparer, Carol Wilson, went above and beyond to help me. It took hours to figure out how to retrieve an old tax file but she figured it out & got the job done!! She answered any question I had & after a long 3 hours, my taxes are filed!!! Thank you again Carol, you're the best!!!
