“Most of the people here are kind and helpful. One worker however I have witnessed on several occasions be rude to customers and talk down to them. Today I witnessed this worker say something rude to the female manager that my wife and I were not happy with seeing this type of behavior from. Aside from him this place is an A++ Spectrum Store. “I have to give Credit where Credit is Due to the T Mobile Team here in Findlay, OH. They were so so helpful to Me and my Husband as they helped out get out of a bad situation we were in with a different mobile company with devices that didn't work well at all. They went out of their way for us to help us as much as they could. The service was Awesome that we received and they did everything that had to be Done to get us out of our old devices and into New Ones. I will most definitely be recommending people I know to the T Mobile Team here in Findlay and I will be definitely going back to them when I need them. Thanks again T Mobile for taking care of us.
