Was not happy about the price advertised at 99$ for tax prep and charges over 300$ for one W2. But the staff at the Findlay office are very friendly and Professional.

They did not fill in my child tax credit and the government corrected. They did not follow through with their guarantee. The guarantee is just a gimmick and a lie. They said they would reach after talking to the district office and I haven’t heard nothing. I would not recommend going to H & R Block
