Website will no longer let you check ur bank account tells you that you must download the app then when you do that you have to enroll which will not let you so now I have to literally drive up and check the atm and I do t live in Findlay and I work 3rd shift so I can make it in to the bank during the open hours so then I called the toll free number and they don’t have an option to help you with actual problems so I guess I’ll be going to a bank that has there stuff figured out cause this bank can’t get me enrolled after 5 plus years banking with them.

Supposed to care about the community ... really .My son recently moved his accounts . He called to reopen his account to receive his stimulus check because that is the account his tax refund was deposited into . When he asked to reopen it , they asked him if the reason was to receive his check and when he said yes ... they told him that it was a good enough reason because he would just want to close it again . Way to care about the community ... denying someone access to get their check .

Worst bank ever I had 264.99 come out of my account they couldn't use that money so instead the took 35 dollars of my money to return to those people have no idea what it was even for

They don't know how to answer there phones. I've called 4 times today and went to at least 2 different areas of the building and still no answer. I need to get this stuff figured out asap.

Their communication is horrible. And they charge fees to your account due to their inability to communicate properly.

Horrible business policies, they just close your account with no notice, even when you have money in it? Insane is what that is....never would I recommend these guys..millstream credit union is 100% better.

Only complaint I have is that no one ever answers when I call.
