The staff was absolutely amazing.. I was having issues with insurance to get my prescription nebulizer covered. I was going back and forth with calls to my family dr, er dr. And insurance trying to find a solution and got absolutely no where with them. One of the staff members then pulled out her personal debit card and paid for it for me, other staff members then pulled out money to put towards it themself. They truly went above and beyond what they needed to do to help.. I definitely left there with a grateful heart and tears in my eyes Thank you very much for all you do..

The WORST ever. How in the world does it take 2 years to get a sleep machine? After hearing my dad complain that he has waited 2 years for his sleep machine to come in, I called in to inquire what was going on. I was told 'it will be in tomorrow.' Really?! No. When it finally came in, my dad was told he had to go to the doctor before they could have the respiratory therapist set the machine. My dad stated that he already had the rx for it. They told him that the one they had wouldn't work. Come to find out, after my dad call the Dr. the rx wouldn't work because it was written in 2008! You would think after paying $1200 for a sleep machine you would get a user's manual that was not photo copied and stapled together on computer paper! WTH!? These people are complete morons.
