Staff is friendly, can call directly to pharmacy, knowledgeable and very helpful with next day delivery. Everything you could want in a pharmacy. Best pharmacy I've had since rite aid closed.

I was concerned about making the leap to a smaller pharmacy after going to the big blue box with the capital W for many years. I ultimately made the decision to change because of the poor service I was getting, but I have to say I wasn’t sure if it would be better going to a smaller pharmacy. The fact that I knew the two pharmacist from the W who opened the Broad Avenue location I decided to make the change. I can say as someone who has taken as many as 15 different prescriptions due to some prior health issues, that switching was the best decision that I ever made.

The best pharmacy I've ever used! They're quick to fill prescriptions, friendly, knowledgeable, and they always go the extra mile if your doctor or insurance needs contacted. I left Meijer to switch over to Great Scot, and I'm so happy that I did.Thank you for all that you do!

I really appreciate this pharmacy. Dallas and the rest of the crew really go the extra mile to ensure you get the right medication and promptly. I am always greeted kindly, and can tell the individuals who work there truly enjoy what they are doing. Thank you Great Scot Pharmacy.

I haven't had an issue with these guys!! All of the staff are friendly and the pharmacists are really knowledgeable. There's chain pharmacies that are closer to me, but I haven't had good experiences with them- Great Scot is definitely worth the drive! Highly recommend to anyone in the Findlay area.

Been going to Great Scot pharmacy for about a month now after changing pharmacies- I noticed that chain pharmacy staff members, at least the ones Ive been to here in Findlay, look and act miserable, which is sad. I had a horrible experience at previous chain pharmacies, they are typically rude, don't care about the patient. Notably Kroger on Tiffin Ave and Walgreens were both really bad, they were really rude.But Great Scot has been wonderful. When I switched, the first time I walked in they all said hi to me, in a cheerful way I guess, and the staff just look happier, which you can tell means that they enjoy where they work. The staff is kind, professional, and the pharmacists are nice and knowledgeable. Also, the inside of the pharmacy is very spacious! Walgreens and Kroger felt crammed. Great Scot is a farther drive for me compared to my old pharmacy but WELL worth it. Highly recommend.

The worst kind of people. Staff acts like they care about their customers to their faces, and then talks about them right when they walk out of the door. Next time you bash your customers, make sure other customers aren’t in the store. Or don’t talk about them at all.Find another pharmacy with employees who ACTUALLY care.

best pharmacy I've ever had, everyone is so kind and caring and they are so fast to fill your prescriptions! Amazing staff and wonderful addition to Findlay pharmicies!!
