First time ever in a Goodwill and it wasn’t great but not awful. The store seemed messy and had a bad smell (almost smelling like an old room in your grandma’s house) But the items had some value and prices seemed reasonable

I liked it! Mostly clean and they have a decently large inventory. I feel like the back of the store needs to be better organized though. Their inventory is large but it lacks quality items though. But it is definitely worth your time to find some second hand clothes!

Was dropping off very gently used items such as furniture, children's toys, and clothing. The person at the loading dock was very rude. I left, took my items back, and will be donating somewhere else.

i come here quite often because i live in findlay and it’s the only goodwill. prices are a bit odd bc you could find a lot of things the same price somewhere else. i have seen things there with tags that were labeled on clearance from their original store and goodwill still priced them higher…lol. there is one older woman with short hair and glasses who has checked me out and been extremely rude and unprofessional on several occasions. the most recent occurrence, she rang 4 items up as 7 items (incorrectly labeled). when i pointed this out, she argued and acted like i was stupid before realizing she was wrong and “fixing” it after i asked for a supervisor. they were still incorrectly labeled/priced but i was having a bad day and didn’t want to continue interacting with her so i overpaid and left. she was adamant that she was going to ring 3 tee shirts up as hoodies because “she doesn’t care what they look like,” even though they were literally t shirts, in the t shirt isle, and labeled as so. i think she just wanted to be mean tbh. everyone else here has been kind. i’ll still go bc it’s the only goodwill but i’m sure other people have had this same experience and not returned due to their interactions with her.
