6 people working in an empty store and they refused to let my kids try on shoes because they didn't want to make more than one trip to the back. Lazy and unprofessional.

Got exclusive access on shoes. Had to use pts which costs $ to begin with and gave the shoes to someone else because I couldnt pick them up on time. I even was willing to have a relative pick them up on time and still wasn't allowed. I'll never deal with finish line again!!!!

The salesman and manager were Amazing helping out in an odd situation I had, doing everything they could to help fix it and I Greatly appreciated it! 5 star service!!!THANK YOU Finish Line employees!!!!!

I’m not sure the store managers name at Findlay’s location. But she was so lovely and helpful! She helped me with a situation where my shoes was shipped to someone else in PA! She squared everything away for me and was incredibly kind! When I was asked if I had mask (I wasn’t wearing one but I carry one in case a store asks customers to wear one) she was very kind when she asked me about a mask. Amazing employees at this store!

Took my 12 yr old for his birthday to get some new shoes. The staff was helpful in letting him try on a bunch of shoes and waiting patiently. Great staff!
