Impersonal but efficient service. I was there in the morning so I cannot speak to them closing early.

I don't know the woman's name who is actually working here at this moment but she is very rude. My daughter came here last week after work , 45 minutes before closing for the same woman to give her attitude and wouldn't draw her blood because she said it was to close to closing. My daughter then returned again today to get the blood work done only to be treated rude by the same woman. If you have a problem with people then you shouldn't have a job working with the public.

I’m not sure who is in charge of driving there vehicles around town but someone needs to be written up. One of there vehicles pulled out in front me making me slam on my breaks. I had 3 toddlers in the car scaring all of them for how hard I had to slam on my breaks. As I got closer to them I realized they were on the phone. They were also doing probably about 40 in a 25! It looked to be a women but not 100% sure. There was also a 9 on the back of the vehicle. 1-6-22 about 2 pm.

This place is great when they are open. The last two times I have tried to go, they have been closed before the time posted on their doors. There is no sign saying they closed early or no message on their answering machine saying they closed early. Very frustrating to drive there only to find out they closed early.

When there was an issue with my prescription for a blood draw, I asked if we could try to resolve it while I was there so I wouldn’t need to come back another day since I don’t live there in town. The receptionist rudely said that she had noted my address on my drivers license, and that she lives near me and it shouldn’t be a problem for me to come back. What she doesn’t know is that I’m going through an aggressive cancer treatment while trying to maintain a full time job and a farm, but I shouldn’t have to justify wanting basic customer service. I’m sure many folks needing lab work are dealing with health challenges of their own. I would not recommend this lab based on my experience. I ended up going to the Findlay hospital instead for my blood work and had a very positive experience.
