If I could give a 0 star I would the lady at Findlay told us they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted. But we was ok with that but then she asked for the payment so my husband pulled out his debit card to pay and she told my husband that he couldn’t use his debit card that he needed a major credit card but I told him I used my debit card in Toledo and had no problem but we needed a vehicle we had to drive out of town. So after that we walked away with nothing but we still got Charged $24.00 for the insurance and they wouldn’t even give my husband back a Refund for the insurance. So I don’t know why he wouldn’t get a refund when he didn’t even get to rent a vehicle from this company

I never in my life thought I'd be writing a positive review for a car rental company.The team at this location is seriously above and beyond. Every time I called they answered quickly, were super friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of on a special request (even though they didn't need to). Most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do.Then we encountered a problem, and I believe it was Alex, was all over it. He was fast to take care of the issue and make sure I was happy.Also, when I went in to pick up the car it took all of 5-10 minutes. Fastest in and out at a car rental place ever.If you need a rental car in the Findlay area.. I cannot recommend this Enterprise enough.

My gosh, Hannah helped me check out and she was so amazing and funny. She was cutting jokes with me and my friend. She was patient when I was pulling up my insurance. She helped me figure out what I needed to show her in my insurance, she was so positive and friendly, and had a big smile on her face as soon as we walked in, I hope my next interaction is just as pleasant with whoever I get!!

As a first time car renter, I had no idea what needed to be done to rent a car. I called them and they were beyond helpful with instructions on what needed to be done. They answered all my questions nicely and they had a friendly attitude. Once I got there to pick up the car, the process was smooth and easy. Customer service was beyond amazing. They suggested places to see while we were in NYC which was helpful as I have never been. Returning the car was easy and they offer a ride home if needed which I thought was neat. Will definitely use them in future events and will recommend to family and friends.

My employer booked a vehicle, everything was confirmed. I get a call in the morning that Enterprise, with the words Rent A Car in the name, has no cars. Well then what are you guys doing at your location? Sitting down getting paid? It's hilariously ridiculous.

Went up to Michigan for my son's birthday and my daughter rented a car since my car was broke down. I was very thankful for that. Nice little Chevy spark. Didn't do too bad on gas

Insurance didn't make the reservation and had things screwed up. Enterprise went beyond what some places would do to get me in a vehicle. By mid afternoon I was called and dropped my vehicle off and to get repaired and they came and picked me up.

The only good point of it was the driver arrived in a timely manner to pick me up. Other than that the service was fairly poor. They did not have the vehicle that had been requested when setting up my appointment a month ago, did not even have the vehicle type and had wanted to put me with a truck or suv and pay the difference that my insurance wouldn't cover. The only reason I wasn't waiting over an hour to get a car is because another customer brought in a return while I was discussing the time it would take to get what I asked for.

Reserved a vehicle the day before with confirmation. Received a call 30 mins before pick up saying not only do they not have a vehicle with my specifications, but that they had zero vehicles on the lot. They explained that if a vehicle was available (8 hours from the phone call) that I need to bring a $300 deposit with me along with payment for the rental. No consideration for my family’s needs and absolutely no offer to ease the inconvenience. Go with AVIS
