Can’t say enough good things about this store! The item I came in for was out of stock and ShaiAnne was so kind and helpful. She ordered it for me and had it shipped straight to my home without me having to do a thing. Best retail experience I’ve ever had!

I tried to purchase a physical gift card for my grand daughter and was told I could not do this. I was told I needed to go online and purchase an e-card, and no more help was volunteered. I would have appreciated personal attention.

The woman that was working the help desk had a really nasty attitude. I came in to pick up a shirt that was ordered online and she had a nasty look on her face and was very rude for no reason. You should have a talk with your employee that was working the front desk at 9:30am on 07/21/2023.

Would give 5 stars but they always sell out of baseball supplies super quick this time of year. Small selection of sock colors too. Otherwise great. Staff helpful and quick. Ordered a size online at kiosk they didn't have in stock easily.
