You can never go wrong at any of the Dave's Running locations. This one is no exception. Great service, if when it was busy. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. I have never had a problem at any of the 4 locations now.

Deanna was super great! She patiently helped me find great shoes. Def recommend this shop if you have a hard time finding good shoes or have feet/ankle issues. I feel like im walking on a cloud now! Fantastic customer service!

I been wearing the same shoes for over an year that were 29.95 at Walmart. My wife is a Marathon runner and is spending169.00 on shoes every 6 months because they are getting holes in them, why?You would think a her 169.00 shoes would last longer than my 29.95 shoes.What brand should I buy for her that will last and be comfortable for her to run in?

I just left the Findlay store very disappointed in my service. My sister talked it up so much so decided to try it out. The young kid waiting on me was a terrible salesperson He mumbles and can barely hear him when he spoke, barely tied my shoe, I had to mention to try on both shoes, he was just throwing one shoe on and had me walk. Did not guide me very well what type shoes I needed. Seemed like he was in a hurry. Was in there 15 minutes and left without any shoes.

Deana has amazing customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes and then an issue with them. I called Deana and she said to bring them in. We discovered the issue and she got me a new pair and had them shipped to my house. As long as she is there they have a loyal customer.
