was under contract that late fees started at the 10th and lock out after 30 days. I was locked out after the 5th and sometimes by the 3rd if I was a little late but to boot, while I was locked out my storage was broken into repeatedly. I called police but was told to see what was missing and bring the list in when I filed a formal report. but everytime I sorted it out and was almost ready to file when they would lock me out again and it would happen again. several complaints, to the management got me locked out "accidentally" and during that time it would get broken into again. changed storage units and it happened again and again til now I have very little left. nothing was done to even check the cameras or prevent it from happening repeatedly and now I'm told that the insurance I paid for thru the facility will only cover 2000 worth and I am close to 10000 down with all the repeated break ins. I even staked it out myself and witnessed a small group of people going from unit to Unit picking the locks and taking whatever they wanted . by the time I was able to open my storage door they had fled but when I notified the storage that it had happened again I was locked out the very next day. Im going to the police to file as now it's an easy inventory to list- everything except my clothes and a few dishes are gone and I have video taken before I moved in that documents everything I had stored. date and time stamp is dated the day I moved my stuff into the storage facility. so if it adds up to over the insurance will pay I'm afraid something will have to be done to compensate my losses and make this right or I sense legal action. my contract was violated several times and nothing was done to keep my belongings safe and measures I tried to take (double locks, etc) were quickly denied.I feel violated, betrayed, and angry to say the least. thank goodness I had the forethought to document and record everything! just beware of storing things here and insure with your own insurance for the actual value, just in case.

FSS took over my old storage and has been literally nothing short of terrible since it began. EDIT - After a quick phone call and a clear misunderstanding. The owner reached out very fast to let me explain my situation and work with me to make it right. 1 to a 5 star review

It was great until new ownership. I received a letter saying my auto pay was transferred. Next month they charged me a late fee. Called \\\"customer service\\\" they can't remove the late fee. Then hung up on me when I tried to pay the difference.

I wasn't getting anywhere with a response and noticed on here that it might grab someone's attention. I just wanted to make sure my bill was paid and account up to date with my information. I hadnt received a notification showing my payment. Sorry I'm used to Tracie and Jane being available but I do understand it's under a new owner. Thank you for the call today.
