I am a cancer patient and every single time my husband went to pick up my pain meds (that took days to fill) he was met by resistance to fill. "I'll need more information from the doctor" why? Are you implying I'm a junkie? Because that's how I was made to feel. When I was finally in tears from pain, I CALLED. When the pharmacist got on your phone and persisted in her refusal, yes I lost my temper. I swore, I cried and demanded my pain meds. I regret that. However, I was in blinding pain. Some of you can understand where I'm coming from. It makes you say things you would not, out of desperation. Nonetheless, it happened.
I do feel the whole situation, the repetitive rudeness and complete lack of empathy, begs the question... Why won't anyone in the CVS corporate office investigate?
Secret shopper, maybe?
It would certainly reveal that this person in charge, a pharmacist, needs to be held accountable .
Look at you Google rating. 2.8 with mostly 1 ratings. Paragraphs of the same stories.
What will it take exactly to at least coach this person?

I enjoy shopping at CVS, reasons, have the items I need, good service - very helpful people work there, great coupons and reasonable prices.

Super slow and even though my prescription gets filled the same day every month they are consistently out of it. I would recommend changing pharmacy's to anyone who is on a medication that they actually need. On multiple occasion I have had to wait up to a week to get my prescription that I am required to take daily. I will not be going back to this pharmacy and if you have a choice I would recommend anyone else.

SUPER rude staff. My friend went to pick up a Plan B and the worker there told her to “choose life”. I shouldn’t be afraid to go into my local pharmacy and be judged.

Every prescription called in by our doctor is a hassle. We will be changing pharmacies, they talk back and don't seem to care if the patient is in pain and needs medication. They don't care about you or themselves.

I don't care how busy you are, I don't care how many people are waiting. The lady in the pharmacy should not be telling people "I don't know how long, this is going to be impossible".. ... "She was supposed to leave 20 mins ago, and then it's only me and 'other girl'". Showing frantic and crazy nature while approx 10 people are waiting is a crazy concept. Those words should never be spoken. A simple, 15-20 minute wait spoken should be good enough.

Quite easily the single worst pharmacy I have ever been too in my 50 years as a human. Slow is an understatement. Painfully slow is more accurate but still gives them more benefit than is deserved. What is far more frustrating than the lack of urgency the staff shows is the way the staff engages with their customers. Condescending and rude or you are just ignored is what you can expect when you are here. My employer requires me to use this pharmacy otherwise I would have gone anywhere else by now

I'm in the drive thru sitting at the window. They say ok just a minute...I been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and still waiting. Would not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy.

The Findlay CVS on Tiffin Ave is a joke!I have been waiting on a prescription for my granddaughter for 4 days now and it’s still not done!Since the company lets them keep doing this I guess it’s time to move to a different pharmacy.

Worlds slowest pharmacy! 24 hrs of waiting on meds. They claim oh we are short staffed. Drive through pick up better be prepared for 30min in line. Walk inside and expect no seating due to waiting customers. Always some damn excuse why you have to wait! Going to find a faster pharmacy fed up with excuses and broken promises!
