Customer wrote me a check for a purchase on chase Bank account. Went to chase on tiffin Ave was told they charge 10 dollars to cash a check written on their bank. These people are disgusting human beings.

It is absolutely mind boggling the difference between this location and the one downtown. I came in here to open a business account and despite already checking with their corporate business division, I was told by the senior business banker here that I couldn’t have 3 DBAs on my account. Went downtown, opened the account that way in 30 minutes. Came in to deposit a check into our business account that was made out to one of the DBAs and the teller told me she didn’t understand what a DBA was and wouldn’t deposit it because the check didn’t match the account name. Went downtown, they deposited it immediately. Came in to apply for a business loan and was told I have to do it online. Went downtown, someone helped me immediately. I mean, is this location where they send all the slow people to work? If Findlay had another choice for a National bank I’d go there, but Chase is my only option so I’ll just go downtown for all my banking needs despite this location being more convenient.

This is the only bank I have banked with over the last 20 years. The tellers are insanely rude here. Only ones that do help is the young supervisor with short hair and Debbie. I will be closing my accounts very soon.

Their ATM is ALWAYS out of order making it impossible to deposit or withdrawal unless you go during open hours. Do not use chase!

Not helpful at all. Needed my passport and birth certificate noterized to apply for my daughter passport and birth abroad so she could come to the USA. Chase would not help me drove down the road and Huntington bent over backwards to help me and I was not even a customer. Moving my accounts to Huntington. Won't ever do business with Chase again.

very friendly bankers and tellers ready to help you when you need it. I had to make an appointment to talk to my banker, but that just means she's busy, which means business is good! Even had the head the branch help me with an issue transferring money from my credit union in another state and the easiest way to do it online 0.(from the other bank)

Was treated extremely poorly by teller staci cortrell with anger from the moment I approached the counter. Was alerted to the fact that my card was charged fraudulently which I had already knew but she did not. She did not know when my new card would arrive. She had to make multiple long phone calls with Chase corporate I assume. All the while I was treated like I did something wong. I couldn't make up what the issue was. You could see the anger boiling over and that she did not want to be there. Red in the face slamming things down, pacing back and forth with distaste. Took well over a half an hour to deposit two checks. I live out of state so she kept staring at my ID in a weird way. Asked me why I have two cards instead of one. She should not be the face of this company. Not the correct position for this angry individual. I am typically easing going and happy but this was just to much to not say anything.

This particular branch does not answer their phone! I️ called multiple times and never got an answer. I️ arrived to their branch at 5:30 to open an account and they told me I️ have to schedule an appointment for the following day. I️ informed them that I’ve been calling all day and they said there’s only two people on staf for the evening. It’s ridiculous for a company to not answer their phone and turn a potential customer away. They weren’t even doing anything when I️ arrived. Will not be returning
