These folks are top notch and so friendly. Unfortunately, someone dinged the driver's side door on my new car recently. I stopped by, got an estimate, and scheduled the repair. It came out perfectly! Thanks to Mike and all the folks at Car Specialties.

Work there as a person of color, and as a family owned business how disrespectful they are like get a cut what did you do! Not have a right order come in why did I say that .......the old woman at the desk is the reason for the problems.....yet now they go threw temp service's bc of there way they can't handle there selfs at the shop.i can't count how many vehicles came of that shop that were rig

Excellent customer service!! Very professional and a wonderful experience! It's hard to find great workmanship and excellent customer service in the same location. I was blown away with how accommodating and helpful this family owned shop was to my family. We called in to see if they could do the work, they were so polite and kind and very welcoming. I stopped in to see if the door handle to my vehicle could be fixed and learned I needed to get a new one. One arrived within a few days and I merely stopped in and the car was fixed within 15-30 minutes. I was so impressed and can't say enough wonderful things about this family owned and operated shop. We will be back and will send anyone who asks us about our experience. I intend to share my experience widely as I was so impressed! (We received their information by someone else who highly recommended this shop!)

I dropped off some plastics for an ATV. I basically just walked in with no appointment. The plastics were beat beyond recognition and looked horrible. I was just hoping to get a new color. I was shocked at how well the finish was, due to the condition of the plastics. Great pricing and quick turnaround.
