He did not have to do that by any means so I appreciate that!!! This is the best Avis location around, no matter who is working, I always get great customer service!!”

“I never in my life thought I'd be writing a positive review for a car rental company.The team at this location is seriously above and beyond. Every time I called they answered quickly, were super friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of on a special request (even though they didn't need to). Most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do.Then we encountered a problem, and I believe it was Alex, was all over it. He was fast to take care of the issue and make sure I was happy.Also, when I went in to pick up the car it took all of 5-10 minutes. Fastest in and out at a car rental place ever.If you need a rental car in the Findlay area.. I cannot recommend this Enterprise enough.”
