Loved picking up my items here. It was close to where I live and I didn’t have to worry about porch pirates. Now though seems I don’t get the option when I order to pick up here. Did they stop pickups here?

It's a little far from where you park to the door to pick up your order. I had a problem with the code to pick up my package and the employee was persistent until she was able to solve my problem and give me my package

Easy and convenient. The building is well marked, although the customer returns door is tucked around the corner of the lot. Just scan your QR code, place the return in the locker that opens, and get the confirmation when you close it in. ?

Work for Amazon Flex. For almost a year if you are the first there and there arent enough loads available you get sent home. Tonight after doing one block and going to pick up our second we arrived 2 hours early, they over booked by at least 10 people gave us and the other 2 people that were way early a full load and sent people that showed up 1-2 mins prior to loading one pkg each.. The team leader Daniel is the one who did this. Very unfair to do this to the dependable people

I returned an item here 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. I handed it directly to a person who scanned it but never received any sort of confirmation. The e-mail instructions say that a refund should occur 2-6 hours after drop off. When I called Amazon customer service, they mentioned that they see it was received but are still waiting for it to be shipped somewhere else in order to give a refund. Just a frustrating experience as I followed all the instructions yet I'm still waiting.

No markings, get there 1601 production drive is gsw factory drive around couldnt find an entrance, gps brought me to GSW Manufacturing, but there is a sign up now for amazon and it seems the amazon locker has its own marker on the map

I have no idea how that other reviewer couldn't find this place. There are so many large signs directing where to go. It was so easy to get to and getting my order was so fast. I live in an apartment and this is closer and faster than dealing with the post office!
