“Outstanding customer service through the years. The local bank employee's will go out of their way to fulfill your needs. I am retired military. So many banks over the years... Now the call center rough so ask to talk to the department you need if you use the 1800 number. I received preloans for automobiles. The interest rate from the bank saved me a ton vs the dealer. Peoples will do everything to land you a deal. Tellers are.outstanding and will find you the answer if they do not have one.... So many more examples. This trend continues even as people rotate over the years at the Blamchester branch. Well done”
“The staff here is so much more professional than other people’s bank locations i have used Sardinia and Mt Orab locations for years and I dread having to have any interactions with them usually just stick to the atm but actually needed help today and the Williamsburg branch completely took care of it where Mt orab had zero interest in even listening thank you guys so much for your help.( Mt orab branch so really take lessons from your staff)”
