Change service sever months ago and Verizon Corp. owed me a refund. I was unable to secure it via the phone or the Internet but the manager at this location took time out spent an hour securing my refund from the corporate. Thanks again.

My daughter flew to Mexico City. She had trouble getting calls when she was away from WiFi. In no time the team checked our travel status, and advised us. Seems in addition to the travel plan we needed to turn on the romming service.

Wow! The responses from these owners are ridiculous. It's so obviously they don't care. My husband and I stopped in the store yesterday.. three people sitting ther playing on their phones... Two young girls and a middle-aged man with an infected eye... They had no clue what they were doing.. she kept logging out of our account, kept asking us stupid questions... When I would tell her the issue she would actually tell me I was wrong.. one girl told me I should go to Amazon to find a new phone cover... The redhead who has no customer skills told me more than once I should call customer service..... this place needs to close down they are no help whatsoever. They are rude they don't look at you when you speak...pretty much babbling to get rid of us.. we've been with them thirty years... looking for a company that actually cares... And your robot feedback is pathetic!!! You don't care and you're not concerned !!

Truly horrible customer service at this location. The sales rep from the very start was extremely unpleasant. He did not have the capacity to be helpful or give any sort of explanation to help us understand how to resolve our problem. He instead repeated himself over and over with a nasty tone and attitude. We even took the opportunity to apologize for any miscommunication and move forward to resolve the issue and he remained rude and disrespectful. We ended up driving a couple miles down the road and found an excellent Verizon location where they were able to fix the problem with ease and kindness. Would definitely recommend bypassing this location at all costs.

Went into this store to get a new phone long story short I left without one. The customer service in this store was terrible with 45 minutes left until the store closed I was told by a rep that he had stuff to do and to come back the next day. Then I spoke to Curtis the manager who was equally as rude and said he could not sell me a new phone either and to come back. I will never step foot in that store again.

Went in to buy a new phone bc mine wouldn’t charge and he was able to deep clean and fix it. Walked out spending no money. I am very happy with that service. Thank you to the gentleman that was able to fix it. Highly recommend this store.

Rico did a great job assisting me with getting my new devices. Walked into this location expecting to wait like usual but I was immediately assisted. A nice Verizon employee named Rico helped me from A to Z. He answered all my questions, helped me set my device up, and even helped me add a line for my son for almost no cost with a promotion he found. The great service and professionalism at this location is unmatched!

Madeline at Westgate Verizon was outstanding! Took us 4 days to get everything ported over from my old provider. She was calm, professional and took the time to make everything work! Soo glad I moved to Verizon! Incredibly helpful! She deserves a raise!

DO NOT get verizon home internet! DON'T DO IT. It was good for 3 months- then it started going down every few hours. This has been going on since MAY. They sent me a new box Aug 23- SAME THING. Unplug & plug it back in every time it goes down, wait 2 -3 min for it to come back up just to go down again a few hours later. WASTE WASTE WASTE. This shit sucks

I have learned that 30+ years of loyalty means nothing to Verizon. I was having technical issues (still am) with my phone. Went to this store and was told to have a seat because they were short staffed After 45 minutes no help or an "I'll be with you as soon as possible." After waiting for an hour and watching customers purchasing new phone's getting prompt attention I asked how much longer would I need to wait. I was told curtly "Mam I told you we're short staffed you'll have to wait." I will never go to that store or any Verizon store again! I felt blamed for their staffing issues. Inexcusable, unprofessional, and rude.

Kind of a bizarre experience. It's like if you described an apple store to somebody who had never heard of them. The staff are cool, although there aren't enough of them. The processes for actually doing the business of selling phones and plans are byzantine. The loss prevention and fraud protection measures are Orwellian.The worst aspect is probably the awkward stand-around when you first walk in while everyone, worker and customer, sits and looks at devices, waiting for things to download and refresh and update. Eventually you will be asked if you have been helped, or are being helped, and from there things will generally be smooth. But how about a kiosk so folks can check themselves in? Or maybe a number tape machine like delis have? That would be better than utter confusion. There were some folks in there sitting at a kiosk for over 30 minutes before they or any of the workers realized there was no connection being made. Total breakdown of process.All of these problems are probably due to mandates from Verizon corporate, who could probably care less about the consumer experience and are more concerned with corporate customers. Who could blame them, given the margins. I talked to some reps from the corporate call center on the phone and even they advised me of how poorly the stores are run (in a tactful but direct way, for my benefit as a customer).I'm giving this place three stars: one star because it's the minimum, one star for the staff who are trying their best, and onestar for not being one of those scammy authorized retailer stores, which are the commercial equivalent of being pressed to death like Giles Corey.

Did not verify my address before shipping my new gear. It shipped to a very old address. I have been dealing with duplicate charges and countless phone calls to get it fixed. Poor sales team with little ambition to get things done correctly.
