Change service sever months ago and Verizon Corp. owed me a refund. I was unable to secure it via the phone or the Internet but the manager at this location took time out spent an hour securing my refund from the corporate. Thanks again.

My daughter flew to Mexico City. She had trouble getting calls when she was away from WiFi. In no time the team checked our travel status, and advised us. Seems in addition to the travel plan we needed to turn on the romming service.
