Rico did a great job assisting me with getting my new devices. Walked into this location expecting to wait like usual but I was immediately assisted. A nice Verizon employee named Rico helped me from A to Z. He answered all my questions, helped me set my device up, and even helped me add a line for my son for almost no cost with a promotion he found. The great service and professionalism at this location is unmatched!

Madeline at Westgate Verizon was outstanding! Took us 4 days to get everything ported over from my old provider. She was calm, professional and took the time to make everything work! Soo glad I moved to Verizon! Incredibly helpful! She deserves a raise!

DO NOT get verizon home internet! DON'T DO IT. It was good for 3 months- then it started going down every few hours. This has been going on since MAY. They sent me a new box Aug 23- SAME THING. Unplug & plug it back in every time it goes down, wait 2 -3 min for it to come back up just to go down again a few hours later. WASTE WASTE WASTE. This shit sucks

I have learned that 30+ years of loyalty means nothing to Verizon. I was having technical issues (still am) with my phone. Went to this store and was told to have a seat because they were short staffed After 45 minutes no help or an "I'll be with you as soon as possible." After waiting for an hour and watching customers purchasing new phone's getting prompt attention I asked how much longer would I need to wait. I was told curtly "Mam I told you we're short staffed you'll have to wait." I will never go to that store or any Verizon store again! I felt blamed for their staffing issues. Inexcusable, unprofessional, and rude.

Did not verify my address before shipping my new gear. It shipped to a very old address. I have been dealing with duplicate charges and countless phone calls to get it fixed. Poor sales team with little ambition to get things done correctly.

As with most Verizon stores, the wait is ridiculous. A salesman started to help us and then left for over 20 minutes to check in other customers and do "something in the back". Why Verizon doesn't offer self check-in is beyond me.

Not a great time. Mostly ignored. Salesman don't help each other. Make sure you budget a lot of free time to go into the store it is not handled well

THIS PLACE HAS IMPROVED! I had a short wait, and was then greeted by Britney there. I wanted to activate a phone purchased elsewhere, and move the data. She said this has to be done by appointment, and so we made one for tomorrow. She added "or you can do it if you wish". Me: "I don't know how." Britney said, "it's easy really", and took two minutes to show me. Quickly and clearly. I just went back to my office and did it all. Simple. Quick. They solved my problem right away, in an easy way. Thanks, Britney!

I have been trying to contact this location for months, at first to upgrade or purchase new phone (which I ABSOLUTELY refuse to do by phone with their Customer Service) WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS and now at the Rocky River location they can't bother to answer the phone when calling the phone number they have listed to contact them ? You call goes to their WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE (who just contacted me to apologise for their rudeness): Unfortunately because of many problems from both this store and Customer Service phone associates as of today I will be looking for another provider. After almost 8 year's of putting up with no satisfaction from VERIZON at all.

This Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a new phone online and went in the store to pick it up. I am on a family plan and for some reason my name wasn't showing as being someone who is a head of it. They told me to call Verizon. I got on the phone with my mom and had her call so she could add me back on since I was no longer showing on there. The wait time was 3 hours for a rep. I asked the employees if they had a way to get to the customer service quicker so I could get my phone I had already paid for and leave. Instead of being nice they said no and then continued to mock me while I waited on Verizon's customer service to pick up. I finally gave up and asked them for their managers name because I wanted to put in a complaint about their behavior. These guys refused to tell me and then continuously gave me fake names for each other. These are grown adult men acting rude and inconsiderate of their customers. I wouldn't step foot back in this store for anything.

This Verizon was easily one of the worst Verizon's I've ever been at. I walked in and was greeted but when Madelyn came over to help me she was very rude and non understanding of my grandmother. I get you have worked here for 3 years, but maybe be more considerate of an elderly who is unsure of how everything works. When my grandma was signing off on everything she accidentally pressed next and didn't even let my grandma sign what she was supposed to? She seemed to not really care about the situation and I was very upset with the way she talked to my grandma.

I'm not sure why the negative reviews as I had nothing but a positive experience here. My situation was complicated (thanks to AT&T) complete mess. I basically switched over 4 lines w military discount & ATT took over 6 days to unlock my phone. My Verizon guy at this store was incredibly helpful. Don. I seriously was in 5-6 separate times and he tried to get ATT to unlock. Then when they finally unlocked the phone...there was a SIM card issue. Store was packed but Don saw me multiple times and came and got me to help. That really meant a lot as I had my phone and three other lines not working almost a full week. I can't say enough how Verizon's customer service is light years better than ATT. Plus I got a year of Disney Plus along w 6 months of Apple Music. The military discount also helps.

The customer service is terrible at this location. The last time I went in July 2018 the customer service rep was so rude that I left to go to another nearby Verizon store. I didn't want her to get my business/commission. The Verizon store near Crocker Park is much better.
